The event known as the Hallowtides Parade & Fireworks Display takes place on the Central Promenade in Newcastle, County Down It’s a twilight/early evening fireworks display tied in with a parade and family-friendly activities around Halloween. For example, in a past year their programme showed the fireworks scheduled for around 7:45 pm on 31 October.
